Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in every Maracujá piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Items are in new, unworn condition, with all original tags attached
  • Must have all hygiene stickers and tags attached and be in perfect, re-sellable condition
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt or bank statement)

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Any item that is marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Please note that the cost of postage for returned items is non-refundable.

We may refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
